Abstract

BRS FP417 is a common bean cultivar with black bean grain and high yield (2,465 kg ha-1), excellent commercial-quality grain, upright plant architecture, and resistance to lodging. In addition, it has excellent levels of resistance to anthracnose and to Fusarium wilt and intermediate resistance to common bacterial blight and to bacterial wilt.
